條款及細則 (戶戶送星級諮詢服務)
- 服務將會在付款後三星期內安排。
- 諮詢服務日子一旦確認,將不能改期。
- 如受颱風或暴雨影響,所有現場諮詢服務將會被改期。
- 此服務只適合使用 Menu Manager 之戶戶送合作夥伴。
- 參與的合作夥伴將同意提供所需資料以用作諮詢服務之用。
- 戶戶送可以跟據餐牌的可塑性而拒絕提供諮詢服務。
- 此服務為不可退款服務,除非:
- 戶戶送主動取消服務;
- 戶戶送合作夥伴在諮詢服務日子兩個工作天前提出取消。
- 星級諮詢服務的數據只供參考,戶戶送不保證合作夥伴將可達到任何銷售目標並不就任何的損失作出負責及承擔。
提交訂單後,即被視為同意接受本銷售條款並受其約束。如條款及細則的中英文版本不一致,應以英文版本為準。我們將保留接受或拒絕閣下訂單的一切最終決定的權利。 如有任何爭議,Deliveroo 擁有對訂單有關的所有事項之最終決定權。
Terms and Conditions (Deliveroo Professional Consultation Service)
- Service will be arranged within 3 weeks after payment is settled.
- Once the consultation date is confirmed, reschedule is not allowed.
- All in-person consultation will be rescheduled when Typhoon or Rainstorm Warning is to be hoisted.
- The Consultation service is only applicable to menus that are on Menu Manager.
- The Partner agrees to provide Deliveroo the basic information needed for the consultation.
- Deliveroo may reject to provide the consultation service subjected to the possibility of menu improvement.
- The Consultation service is non-refundable, except:
- Deliveroo cancel the service; or
- You cancel the service more than 2 working day before the consultation service.
- The materials during consultation provided are for reference only, Deliveroo does not guarantee any sales target will be achieved and disclaimer of liability as a result of any loss.
By submitting the order, the buyer is agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail. Deliveroo reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order for any reason.
