使用戶戶送資源站電子禮品卡的條款

• 電子禮品卡只能用於購買戶戶送資源站網站上的產品。電子禮品卡不能：
• 加值或充值。
• 與折扣代碼一起兌換。
• 用於付款戶戶送購物金或購買電子禮品卡。
• 兌換成現金。
• 轉售或轉讓；或轉入另一個戶戶送資源站賬戶。
• 電子禮品卡將在我們發送電子禮品卡的電郵上註明的日期到期。您必須在電子禮品卡的到期日之前使用該金額。任何在到期日前未使用的金額將被取消，並在您的戶戶送資源站賬戶中不再可用。
• 請在落單時在結賬處輸入電子禮品卡上的唯一代碼，即可使用電子禮品卡。
• 如果您的購買量超過了您的總金額，您訂單其餘部分必須用我們的一般條款所接受的另一種付款方式付款。如果你的購買量少於你的總金額，你的禮品卡金額餘額將保留在你的電子禮品卡中，為以後購買使用。請入你的戶戶送資源站賬戶查看你的禮品卡餘額。

• 暫停或關閉受影響的戶戶送資源站賬戶。
• 取消任何電子禮品卡；和/或
• 採取法律行動。
• 當您在我們的網站上使用您的電子禮品卡時，戶戶送資源站的一般條款亦將適用。
• 戶戶送Deliveroo有權隨時更改條款的內容而不作預先通知。請您每次在使用戶戶送資訊站服務前，查閱條款是否有變更。

關於使用戶戶送資源站折扣代碼的條款

• 折扣代碼的提供通常有時間、對特定類別的合作夥伴（如新合作夥伴）的限制，或只在特定的合作產品使用或用於特定的分類項目。如果條件適用，我們會在提供折扣代碼時說明。
• 使用折扣代碼付款亦可能受到適於折扣代碼條款的限制，例如：特定的最低訂單價值，或者折扣代碼只能在特定的合作供應商或特定的項目上兌換。如果訂單不符合適用的條件，折扣代碼則不能兌換。
• 除非我們另有通知，所有折扣代碼必須在申請日起一個日曆年內兌現。
• 折扣代碼不能兌換現金或任何其他替代品，亦沒有貨幣價值。
• 每張訂單只能兌換一張折扣代碼。 
• 折扣代碼不能與任何其他Deliveroo優惠 或電子禮品卡同時使用。

Terms about using Rooniverse Gift Cards

• Rooniverse Gift Cards may only be redeemed for purchases of menu items from Rooniverse website.
• Rooniverse Gift Cards cannot be: 
• topped up or reloaded;
• redeemed alongside promotional codes or promotional vouchers;
• used to pay for Rooniverse Prepaid Credit or to purchase Gift Cards;
• redeemed for cash;
• resold or transferred for value; or
• transferred to another Rooniverse account

• Your Gift Card expires on the date stated on the email in which the Gift Card was delivered by us. You will be unable to use anyGift Card not redeemed before this expiry date.
• To redeem your Gift Card, enter the unique code on the Gift Card at the checkout when you place your next order
• If your purchase exceeds your total credit, the rest of your order must be paid with another payment method accepted under our general terms. If your purchase is less than your total credit, the balance of your credit will remain available on your gift card for future purchases. To view your credit balance, visit your Rooniverse account.
• Deliveroo is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without your permission and if this happens your Gift Card will not be replaced.
• Deliveroo is not responsible for E-Gift Cards sold or distributed by an unauthorised third party.
• If an Gift Card is abused, or an Gift Card which we know or suspect was obtained fraudulently is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on our Service, Deliveroo may:
• suspend or close the affected Rooniverse account;
• cancel any Gift Cards; and/or 
• take legal action. 
• When you use your Gift Card on our website, the general Rooniverse terms will also apply.
• Deliveroo reserves the right to change the content of these terms of service at any time without prior notice. Please check the terms of service for amendments or changes before using Rooniverse service.

Terms about using Rooniverse Discount Code

• Discount codes are usually offered subject to conditions, such as time limits, geographic limits, limits to particular categories of account (e.g. new account), or use only at a particular menu item or for a particular collection. If conditions apply they will be stated when we offer the discount code.
• Use of a discount code in payment or part-payment may also be subject to specific conditions applicable to that discount code only, such as a specific minimum order value or that the discount code may only be redeemed at a specific supplier or on specific Items. If the order placed does not comply with the applicable conditions, the discount may not be redeemed against that order. 
• Unless we tell you otherwise, all discount codes must be redeemed within one calendar year of the date they are applied.
• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives and have no monetary value.
• Only one discount code can be redeemed per order.  
• Discount code cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other Deliveroo offer or Gift card.
• Deliveroo reserves the right to change the content of these terms of service at any time without prior notice. Please check the terms of service for amendments or changes before using Rooniverse service.
