Summertime means heavy rain in Hong Kong. Under this extreme weather situation, our partners would need to face all kinds of issues such as the supply of riders and customers selection reduction. Here's a few frequently asked questions and we're here to help!
Q: Why can other partners in the same zone be searched by customers?
A: Restaurants will only appear on the restaurant list if they are within the delivery radius of the address the customer has entered on Deliveroo.
Q: How long will the zone be shrunk/shut off?
A: This is a temporary adjustment, as soon as we are well-supplied the operations will be back to normal.
Q: Why is this happening?
A: This is to provide the best customer experience - the delivery radius of a restaurant will be reduced when there is a shorter supply of riders, to make sure that your food arrives on time and in good condition.
