I (buyer), as a Deliveroo Partner and the owner/authorized representative of the entity, understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following terms:
Order Charges:
The buyer agrees to the order charge for the items and ensures the accuracy of the order.
Order Modifications:
Orders cannot be adjusted or cancelled after submission.
Additional Charges:
Deliveroo reserves the right to charge the buyer for any additional expenses incurred due to the buyer's failure to take delivery of the products or any inaccurate information in the buyer's order.
Price Amendments:
Deliveroo reserves the right to amend any charges without advanced further notice before the product delivery.
Communication:
The buyer permits Deliveroo to reach out with additional more details about any request.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping fees may vary by supplier. Refer to product details for specific shipping fee arrangements.
Products from various suppliers in the same order may arrive on different days without prior notice.
Special Conditions:
Special terms and conditions may apply for various products and services.
Contractual Agreement:
By submitting the order, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Precedence of Terms:
In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
Deliveroo reserves the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order for any reason.
Product Inspection and Return Policy
Inspection of Goods
Upon receipt of any goods ordered through Rooniverse, you, the customer, are responsible for immediately inspecting the items for any damage, defects, or discrepancies. All goods should be examined thoroughly to ensure they meet your expectations and match the description provided on our website at the time of purchase.
Signing of Proof of Delivery
By signing the Proof Of Delivery (POD), you acknowledge that you have inspected the goods and that they have been received in good condition, complete, and without visible defects or errors.
No Exchange or Return After Delivery Confirmation
Please note that once the POD is signed, Rooniverse considers this as your unconditional acceptance of the goods. Consequently, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after that. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure clarity and fairness in validating claims regarding orders received.
