- 專業攝影服務 - 2小時 攝影服務 (約30-40碟菜式)
- 單次網上餐牌翻譯服務(後台 Hub 一份餐牌)
- 上載已拍攝照片及已翻譯 餐牌到您的後台餐牌一次
- 收取訂單確認電郵及另一封附有電子預約表格的電郵
- 請細閱電子預約表格中的條款及細則並填寫該表格
- 提交接格後,將會約3個工作天收到電郵或電話與您確認訂單詳情
餐牌翻譯服務指引:
- 翻譯服務只限50款菜式
- 完成 攝影後會一同上傳
如您沒有收到電子預約表格的電郵,亦可按此填寫電子表格
Service Includes:
- Professional Photography Service - 2 hours photoshoot service (around 30-40 dishes)
- One-off menu translation service (one menu group in the hub)
- Uploading the photos and translated menu to your menu manager in the hub for one time
Professional Photography Service Reservation Guide:
- Receive the order confirmation email and an email with a google reservation form
- Please read the T&C and fill out the google reservation form
- Receive confirmation email/call around 3 working days after form submission
Professional Menu Translation Service Guide:
- Limited to 50 dishes only
- Translated menu will be uploaded with photo on the same date

運送時間 Delivery Time
訂單一般會在四至五個工作天內送達餐廳。你可以從訂單頁面查看訂單情況。我們會在訂單出貨及送達時以電郵形式去通知你。
同一張訂單中不同供應商的產品有機會於不同日子送達而不另行通知。
如果你的訂單顯示為已完成,但你未有收到相關物品的話。請使用貴餐廳已獲授權的電郵賬戶登入後台 Hub,並前往幫助頁面與我們聯絡。
The bags will take 4-5 working days to arrive your restaurant. You may track your order status by going to your order overview page. Email will be sent to you when the order is on its way and also when it's delivered.
Products with various suppliers in the same order may arrive on different days without prior notice.
If your order is shown as "Delivered", but you have not received it. Please submit a case through ''Help'' in Hub by logging in your account with your authorised email for assistance.
