避免出現拒絕訂單情況的方法
在戶戶送 Deliveroo 上拒絕訂單有 5 大原因。以下為各項原因以及如何避免拒絕訂單：
- 未能供應項目：時刻保持「存貨量」於最更新的狀態。如某種商品未能供應，可在接單裝置上的「存貨量」將相應食品標記為「今天售罄」或「從餐牌上移除」
- 營業時間即將結束：及時更新營業時間，讓顧客得悉食品／貨品的供應時間
- 過於繁忙：下次不妨改為開啟「繁忙模式」，為店舖預留更多準備時間
- 其他：您無法控制及未能預期情況
