How are prep times set?

Prep times are set automatically. When you first set up on Deliveroo you have to set your general prep time. We use these numbers as a baseline to train our algorithm. But, once you start delivering orders, we’ll use machine learning to set more accurate prep times. Our algorithm learns from your store’s order information over the last 14 days.

Where can I check my prep time?

With Hub you can:

• Compare your prep time against other stores in your area.
• Understand your trends in prep time over 7 days or 30 days. This will allow you to identify areas where you could reduce your prep time which will ultimately drive sales
• Compare sites against one another.
