My tablet isn't connecting to WiFi
Having a stable connection means you'll never miss out on Deliveroo orders. Here's our advice for troubleshooting connection issues.
With your Sunmi device, it's easy to check whether you have a stable WiFi connection.
Find 'Remote Assistance' on the menu and check the status:
- ‘The connection is ready!’ (You're connected to WiFi and able to receive orders)
- ‘Network is unavailable, please check your WiFi connection.’ (Go to Settings and check your WiFi network and password)
Tip: If you’ve entered an incorrect username or password, simply ‘Forget’ the network and log in again with the correct details.
How can I test my Internet connection speed?
Internet Speed of Sunmi device is accessible on a pre-installed app - ‘POS Steward’ on the devices. Follow the steps below to obtain the connection quality on Sunmi devices:
- Enter POS Steward app from desktop
- Select ‘Network’
- Scroll down and select ‘Start test’
- Obtain testing result
