條款及細則 | Terms and Conditions

本人 (買方) 為戶戶送合作夥伴及其店舖的擁有人/獲授權代表並得悉、瞭解及同意以下條款：

• 買方同意支付訂單費用並確保訂購資料之準確。
• 訂單一經確認，恕不能更改或取消。
• Deliveroo 有權收取因資料不足、不準確或未能交付而導致買方承擔的額外費用。
• Deliveroo 有權就任何收費作出修改，恕不另行通知。
• Deliveroo 可以就買方提出的申請進一步聯絡買方。
• 「戶戶送資源站」無限免運費優惠只適用於紙袋及機紙產品及需消費港幣$500或以上訂單。
• 運費會按不同供應商需有所不同，詳細請參閱產品資訊。
• 同一張訂單中不同供應商的產品有機會於不同日子送達而不另行通知。
• 部份服務受個別條款及細則約束。

提交訂單後，即被視為同意接受本銷售條款並受其約束。如條款及細則的中英文版本不一致，應以英文版本為準。我們將保留接受或拒絕閣下訂單的一切最終決定的權利。 如有任何爭議，Deliveroo 擁有對訂單有關的所有事項之最終決定權。

I (buyer) am Deliveroo Partner and the owner / authorized representative of the entity and understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following:

• Buyer agrees to the order charge for the items and ensures the accuracy of the order;
• Order cannot adjust or cancel after submission;
• Deliveroo reserves the right to charge the buyer for any additional expenses incurred by Deliveroo as a result of the buyer's failure to take delivery of the products or any inaccurate information in the buyer's order;
• Deliveroo reserves the right to amend any charges without further notice;
• The buyer permits Deliveroo to reach out to the buyer with more details pertaining to any request.
• Unlimited Free Shipping Discount applies only to orders of paper bags & printer rolls with $500 or above.
• Shipping fee may be different on each suppliers. You might refer to products detail for shipping fee arrangement.
• Products with various suppliers in the same order may arrive on different days without prior notice.
• Special terms and conditions may apply for services.

By submitting the order, the buyer is agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail. Deliveroo reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order for any reason.
