Submitting a support request in Hub
You can use Hub for quick partner solutions using the 'Help' tab
Do you have a problem you need sorting or a question you need to be answered?
Simply submit a request in Hub to get a quick solution for any issues you're having.
Find out how, in three easy steps
Step 1: Log in to Hub, click the 'Help' tab and find the 'Get in touch section.
Step 2: To submit your query, complete the form by selecting a topic and sub-topic.
If you’d like to, you can also add a few sentences, attach a file or screenshot to help our support team deal with your request faster.
Step 3: Once you've completed this information, click ‘Submit’.
Once you’ve submitted your request a dark grey pop-up message will appear, confirming your submission.
That’s it! Our team will get back to you as soon as we can.
