My Sunmi device is not responding
If you found your Sunmi device screen blank / white or not responding, please follow the below steps to reboot your device.
- Press the Power Button together with the Volume Up Button
- Hold for 20 seconds to restart the device
If you are unable to reboot the device, please connect the device to a socket and charge for 30 minutes before proceeding to the reboot steps.
