Why is my order being rejected?
Auto rejected order
The Deliveroo app is set to automatically reject orders after 10 minutes to make sure the customer is not left waiting. Therefore please make sure you check the Sunmi device frequently.
Why are all my orders being rejected?
If you do not see the order on the tablet screen and they only appear as rejected, this is due to a network issue. Please connect your tablet to the internet or contact your Internet provider if the issue persists.
