Undefined problems / technical issue
If your Sunmi device is encountering undefined problems / technical issues, you may reset the device through factory data reset.
How to reset Sunmi device:
- Go to ‘Setting’
- Scroll down and select ‘Reset’
- Click ‘Factory data reset’
- Select ‘Reset phone’
- Confirm ‘Erase everything’
Your Sunmi device will shut down automatically and restart after a few minutes. Refer to ‘Setting up your Sunmi device’ for detailed device set up.
Tips: If you are unable to reset the device, please connect the device to a socket and charge for 30 minutes before proceeding to the above steps.
